» Rural House near Bourgas
This old but solid built rural house of 130 sq.m. on plot of 1700 sq.m. is only about 27 km west from Bourgas. The village is located in the foothills of Strandja Mountain close to a beautiful broad-leaved forest. A big river and a dam lake can be seen just a mile away. It is approximately 15-20 min. from Bourgas by car.The village is very popular among UK citizens.

It is a two-storey building with total built up area 130 sq. m. on a 1700 sq. m. plot of land. The house itself needs to get fully refurbished. This can be done by our qualified building company or by any other builder.

1. Downstairs: a kitchen and a dining room, a bedroom with a fireplace, a bathroom with WC
   
2. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms and another bathroom with WC.
   
3. (Optional) Fenced garden with pool and barbeque.

Any other house improvements can be arranged according to your wishes.
